Fresh-Baked Products
Our cookies are baked fresh to order whenever possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, size, and decoration may occur.
Processing Times
Most orders are completed within 2–3 business days. During holidays, special events, or periods of high demand, orders may require up to 5 business days for processing.
Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance for parties, corporate events, fundraisers, and special occasions.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges may be added at checkout where required.
Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Orders will not be prepared until payment has been successfully received.
Cancellations
Because our products are made fresh and often prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Once baking or preparation has begun, orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been completed or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

Delivery and Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Cookies By J is not responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
For pickup orders, customers are responsible for collecting their order during the agreed pickup window.

Limitation of Liability
